Welcome to LandeverAI! By using our services, including payments through HubSpot Invoices, you agree to the following terms of service. Please read these terms carefully as they form a binding agreement between you and LandeverAI.

1. Payment Terms

All invoices issued by LandeverAI are payable upon receipt unless otherwise stated in the invoice. Payments can be made through the available payment methods provided via HubSpot. Late payments may result in interest charges and/or suspension of services.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be issued under exceptional circumstances as determined by LandeverAI. We encourage clients to review their invoice details carefully before processing the payment. Any issues or discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of payment.

3. Service Delivery

Upon successful payment of the invoice, LandeverAI will provide services according to the agreement outlined in your contract. In the case of consulting services or training programs, delivery times will be discussed and agreed upon with the client in advance.

4. Modifications and Changes

LandeverAI reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be reflected on this page and take effect immediately. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for any updates.

5. Limitation of Liability

LandeverAI is not liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of our services, including any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Governing Law

These terms of service are governed by the laws of the state of Kansas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Kansas.
